At a recent breakfast presentation entitled, The New Balance Sheet: Recognizing Human Talent as a Capital Assett Surrette challenged a captive audience of close to 100 individuals to think hard about how they value and treat human capital.
Introduced by David Cannon, Vice President of HR for ICT Group, Surrette spoke for almost an hour. Following the presentation, a lively and engaging question and answer session took place.
