Halifax Hosts National Conference
Robertson Surrette played host to
over 50 search colleagues from our national executive
search partner, Ray & Berndtson as the firm held
its annual National Partners Meeting here in late September.
The conference, entitled: Engage, Learn & Motivate
was designed to create dialogue and discussion amongst
the partner offices across the country.
The
firm's international Chair of the Board, Richard Boggis-Rolfe
attended from London, England and provided a meaningful
overview on the state of executive search through his
global lens.
Well-known
author & motivational speaker, Dr. Robert Rosen
was also on-hand to share highlights from his recent
book "Global Literacies", at one of the keynote
sessions.
Interspersed
throughout programming of the 2-day conference, participants
got a glimpse of our amazing local talent. Maritime
drumming band, Squid kick-started the first morning
with a "wake-up" call to everyone while Tamara
Scheme and the Instrumental Minstrels provided entertainment
at the Awards Dinner and Dave MacIsaac played fiddle
and kept their toes a tapping at the farewell lobster
dinner.
