Kelly Dawson is a strategic thinker. Equipped with an effective communication style and a keen desire to help, Kelly is always up for any challenge. She consistently develops new and innovative ways for clients to align their personal and professional goals and objectives.
Her previous experience in administration, marketing and recruitment, in both the public and private sectors, give her great perspective on the HR consulting business and enable her to more fully understand the needs of our clients. An accomplished public speaker, Kelly has developed and delivered extensive presentations across Canada.
Originally from Newfoundland, Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree (Psychology & Criminology) from St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick and then went on to attend Law School at the University of New Brunswick. She is a Qualified MBTI Practioner and is trained in Critical Incident Stress De-briefing.
Kelly is a firm believer in community and currently focuses her fundraising efforts for causes such as the Run for the Cure, Abilities Foundation, and Amateur Sport Nova Scotia. Previously, she has held volunteer roles with the Fredericton YMCA, Chalmers Hospital Foundation, and Transition House. |
