Natalie’s engaging personality and energetic style grab you from the first moment you meet her. Natalie began her career with Robertson Surrette more than five years ago. As a key member of our research team she has provided recruitment expertise to clients at every level of industry -from administrative professional to regional manager to senior vice-president and CEO. Her tremendous networking ability coupled with her “can do” attitude allows her to pull every detail together and uncover the best possible talent for our clients.
As a recruitment and career transition Consultant in our St. John’s office, Natalie takes an active
role in every aspect of your human resource requirements. She works with clients to understand their organizational needs and unique perspective, and leads the Robertson Surrette team with vigor and a tireless commitment to providing the best possible service to our clients.
Born and raised in St. John’s Newfoundland, Natalie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree (Political Science) from Acadia University and a Certificate of Business and Marketing from Mount Saint Vincent University.
Prior to working with Robertson Surrette she worked in sales management with one of North America’s premier fashion apparel companies. She currently resides in St. John’s.
