Stephen Pamenter has an eye for exceptional candidates. As a Consultant with Robertson Surrette’s recruitment practice, he’s skillful at scouring the marketplace for talent and helping to build human capital for our clients.
Leveraging a human resource background and an unmistakable passion for people, Stephen is determined to find the right candidate. His ability to build rapport and assess the fit makes him a tremendous asset to our team.
Stephen began his career in both management and human resources for a national organization where he gained valuable experience as a Human Resource Generalist in Prince Edward Island.
After earning an Advanced Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a Business Minor from Dalhousie University, he attended St. Mary’s University and obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management. He is also a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP).
Stephen is a member of the Human Resource Association of Nova Scotia, has volunteered for MISA, and was the Trade Show Chair for the 2007 HRANS Conference. He currently resides in Halifax.
